If you're looking for a quick and easy snack, fruits and veggies are the best place to start. Not only are they generally low calorie options, they're kinda good for you too. ;) There's nothing like cinnamon to take a plain orange to the next level.
They pack a lot of punch where flavor is concerned, and they can replace those sweet tooth cravings with something healthier. Sometimes it's the simple things in life that are the best.

Hmn...you know, lately I've been putting seeds & nuts on top of my oranges, but have never tried this- looks great! And I'm always in need of ways to kill my sweet tooth cravings. Thanks for following my blog:)
