Money Saving Monday - Handmade Holiday Gift Guides

This year has just flown by! I can hardly get my decorations up for each holiday before it has already passed me by. If you're like me, you might be starting to panic about what to get everyone for Christmas. Along with the time speeding by, most of us have a tight budget this year. A great solution for that is giving handmade and home crafted gifts!

I've rounded up some of the best Handmade Holiday Gift Guides right here in one place for you to go and get inspired by.

Handmade Christmas Ideas - part of I Heart Nap Time's 50 Christmas Ideas

Five Edible Gifts - from Skip to My Lou's Friday 5

Homemade Gift Guide - from Tip Junkie - sort through gift ideas by person, age, price etc.

The Handmade Gift Guide Website - This blog features absolutely everything handmade. Jackpot!

I hope these sites spark your creativity into life. I know my house will look like Santa's workshop for the next few weeks, as I spend my spare-time constructing handmade gifts for my family and friends. It takes more time, but it is almost always cheaper and much more meaningful than store bought presents.

Know of any other great homemade gift ideas? Tell me about them in the comments below!

I'm going to make hobo bags for some of the people on my list. I made two this fall for my daughter's dance bags, and they turned out really cute!
