Smoky Greek Yogurt Egg Salad


This simple egg salad packs a bold flavor. Served on toasted bread or celery, it's the perfect appetizer or  lunch for these hot summer days. 




Ingredients

6 Hardboiled Eggs (peeled)
3 Tbsp. Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp. Mustard Powder
1/2 Tbsp. Smoked Paprika
1/2 Tbsp. Dill
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 Red Onion (diced)
A pinch or two of Salt

Green Onion for garnishing
Toasted Bread or Celery

1. Mix the yogurt, mustard powder, paprika, dill, lemon juice, salt, and onions together. 2. Add your hardboiled eggs one at a time, using a spoon or butter knife to break the egg into small pieces. 3. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 4. Serve on toasted bread or celery and garnish with green onions.
